Career in Science and Engineering (1965 - 1997)

  • Research Fellow (retired), Experimental Station, Du Pont Company. Many publications in American Chemical Society journals  and hold a number of United States patents on e. g., Kevlar® aramid; nylon related materials; and on polymeric liquid crystalline materials. (Some of the latter materials mimic abstract expressionist paintings when viewed through a polarizing microscope.)
